To customise your product, please add this item to your cart at checkout and write in the 'Special instructions for seller' box your initials of choice, with a maximum of four characters.
Last orders will be taken by end of Wednesday 11th June.
Please note customisation is only available for the styles mentioned and because of the nature of this personalisation, unfortunately we don't accept returns.

UK VAT is removed for EU & ROW orders.

Orders going outside of the UK are subject to duty and taxes, you will be contacted directly by the courier 'UPS' to make this payment.

Any orders returned to Mimi Berry due to failure/refusal to pay local duty, tax & associated clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of the return shipping.

However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, complete with dust bag and in original and resalable condition.
