Dispatch and Delivery Methods
We deliver worldwide, UK orders over £350 are free of charge. Prices for other destinations are listed below. We will endeavour to dispatch any orders, placed before 11am, on the same day. Orders placed after this will be dispatched the following working day (unless placed at the weekend). Your order will be shipped from our warehouse; Colvanbridge Ltd, and any shipping confirmations will mention it as the reference.
UK
Deliveries are made nationwide by DPD courier, or Royal Mail. Both services will require a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered.
Royal Mail - £5 for orders under £50
DPD Express Delivery - £8 for orders under £350
FREE DPD Express Delivery - for orders over £350
DPD Delivery in 1 - 2 working days
Royal Mail Delivery in 3 - 4 working days
EU & Rest of World
UK VAT is removed for EU & ROW orders.
EU - UPS Standard - £25.00
REST OF WORLD - UPS Saver - £35.00
Delivery in 2 - 7 working days depending on customs clearance
EU Customers:
Orders going outside of the UK are subject to duty and taxes, you will be contacted directly by the courier 'UPS' to make this payment.
Please note these charges; import vat and duties are completely out of our control and will vary on order by order basis. All Non-UK customers should check with their local customs office for current customs charges in their location.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Any orders returned to Mimi Berry due to failure/refusal to pay local duty, tax & associated clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of the return shipping.
