Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you are delighted with your new purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, complete with dust bag and in original and resalable condition. We offer exchanges for UK customers only.
Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.
It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.
For returns (UK customers):
You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s) excluding shipping.
Please state the item you would like to exchange it for on the receipt or via email email@example.com, your exchange will be sent out upon receipt of your returned goods.

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to process exchanges for non-UK customers.
Important EU Notice
We collect any import duty and/or taxes from you. We then pay these (and any extra charges) on your behalf. If you return any goods to us, we are unable to refund you any import charges we have paid for on your behalf.
How to request a return / exchange for Non-UK customers
If you wish to return item(s) you have purchased, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and state the item you would like to return. You will then receive an email informing you that we have received your return request and give you details of how to return your item(s).
Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined above.
We strongly advise you use a trackable postal service or courier.
