Returns and Exchanges

All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you are delighted with your new purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, complete with dust bag and in original and resalable condition. We offer exchanges for UK customers only.

Please note we are not responsible for the return shipping cost of items.

It is advisable to make sure all return packages are well packaged and are sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit.

UK Returns

For returns (UK customers):

You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s) excluding shipping.

For exchanges:

Please state the item you would like to exchange it for on the receipt or via email info@mimiberry.co.uk, your exchange will be sent out upon receipt of your returned goods.

Sample Sale purchases:

Please note any purchases made from our Sample Sale are non-refundable. 

 

Non-UK Customers

You will be refunded the full amount you paid for the item(s) (excluding shipping costs and any customs duties and taxes paid).
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to process exchanges for non-UK customers.

Please make sure you have completed the correct customs documents for your return, the document must be attached to the outside of the package and clearly marked with ‘Returned Goods’.
