Non-UK and non-EU customers:

We offer UK VAT Free shopping. At the checkout will you have the option to pre-pay Duties and Taxes or pay on delivery directly to the courier. If you pay the additional charges at the checkout, we guarantee you will not be required to pay any additional charges on delivery.

Please note these charges; import vat and duties are completely out of our control and will vary on order by order basis. All Non-UK customers should check with their local customs office for current customs charges in their location.

RETURNS

All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we can offer either an exchange or refund of the goods provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt of your order, complete with dust bag and in original and resalable condition. We offer exchanges for UK customers only. 

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Any orders returned to Mimi Berry due to failure/refusal to pay local duty, tax & associated clearance costs will be refunded LESS the cost of the return shipping.
