Dispatch and Delivery Methods
We deliver worldwide, and UK (including Northern Ireland) orders over £300 are free of charge. Prices for other destinations are calculated when you place your order - these shipping charges will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm payment. We will endeavour to dispatch any orders, placed before 1pm, on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day (unless placed at the weekend). Your order will be shipped from our warehouse; Colvanbridge Ltd, and any shipping confirmations will mention it as the reference.
Deliveries are made nationwide by DPD courier, or the Royal Mail. Both services will require a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered. The courier will leave a card for you to arrange re-delivery if there is no answer. Your parcel can also be sent to your work address, or alternatively left with a neighbour - please indicate in the customer notes section. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland are sent by Interlink or UPS.
All international parcels are dispatched with UPS, Fed Ex or DHL courier. This service requires a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered. Your parcel can be sent to your work address if this is more convenient. Please be aware that you may be charged separate import duty on your order, which is payable by you to the courier company on delivery. This duty is unique to your country and will vary according to the country we are delivering to. Occasionally we may need to charge more for very heavy items traveling long distance as they are too heavy to be sent by regular our UPS or Fed Ex service. We will contact you after you have made your purchase if this is the case.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days to return and 60 days to exchange an item received from Mimi Berry Ltd.
Please send returns and exchanges to Mimi Berry Ltd, 102 Lower Clapton Road, London, E5 0QR, UK, clearly marked Mimi Returns Department.
Please include your receipt, along with the reason for return (please be as detailed as possible). If you would like to exchange the item, please tell us what you would like to exchange it for. We kindly ask that all items are carefully packed and returned by recorded post. Your card will be refunded upon receipt of the item, which must be unused and returned in a saleable condition. Please note that you will be refunded for the price of the item but not the postage.
Please attach the relevant customs declarations to the parcel, clearly marked that the item is being returned to ensure a clear passage through customs.
