Mimi for Tate
We've long been fans of Mimi Berry's beautiful and functional leather bags, charting her career from samll stall in Sptalfields Market through to selling designs to fashion folk in her Cheshire Street shop and in boutiques dotted around the country. Her new collection, exclusive to Tate Britain, see her designs going from strength to strength. The Joe day bag (£125) in one on Mimi's trademark classic colours of khaki, berry or brown work equally well for boys or girls and is big enough to hold a laptop. Meanwhile smaller treats include a dinky purse (£35) whith sheeny brown leather and contrasting yellow zip and Oyster card holder (£23.50) for indespensible London style.
