Dispatch and Delivery Methods
We deliver worldwide (please email us if you can't find your destination country), and prices are calculated when you place your
order. Please click on the 'buy' button next to any product to see
guidelines for delivery charges. We will endeavour to dispatch any
orders, placed before 1pm, on the same
day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working
Bags are delivered nationwide by UPS courier, and within London by CSM Logistics. Purses and other small items are posted using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (unless combined with bags in which case they are sent out by courier). Both services will require a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered. The courier will leave a card for you to arrange redelivery if there is no answer. Your parcel can also be sent to your work address, or alternatively left with a neighbour - please indicate in the customer notes section. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (for purses) or Special Delivery (for bags) as unfortunately UPS count this as an international destination.
All international parcels are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For and delivered by your local postal service. This service requires a signature in order for the parcel to be delivered. Your parcel can be sent to your work address if this is more convenient. (In the case of very high value international orders, it is not possible to send using Royal Mail International Signed For due to weight restrictions, in which case we will contact you after the order has been placed).
Returns and Exchanges
You have 28 days to return and 60 days to exchange an item received from Mimi Berry Ltd.
Please send returns and exchanges to Mimi Berry Ltd, Unit 1, 7 Winkley Street, London, E2 6PY, UK, clearly marked Mimi Returns Department.
Please include your receipt, along with the reason for return (please be as detailed as possible). If you would like to exchange the item, please tell us what you would like to exchange it for. We kindly ask that all items are carefully packed and returned by recorded post. Your card will be refunded upon receipt of the item, which must be unused and returned in a saleable condition. Please note that you will be refunded for the price of the item but not the postage.
Please attach the relevant customs declarations to the parcel, clearly marked that the item is being returned to ensure a clear passage through customs.
